Store your jars of Purblack® in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the jar tightly closed when not in use. Make sure to keep the rims of the jar clean in order to easily open and close the lid.

If you forget to close the lid and the resin hardens, add a teaspoon of water to the resin to soften it. If the resin does not soften enough, keep adding water in teaspoons over time to get to the desired consistency.

Publack® has a long shelf life, typically just as any shilajit it can be stored indefinitely. To enjoy the aromatic properties, we recommend you consume the contents within 90 days after opening. You may consume it indefinitely after the 90-day period, but the aromatic properties and texture of the resin will change slightly.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. Some conditions apply. Initiate the return process by submitting a request through our Contact Us page. For hygiene reasons, your item must meet certain criteria to qualify for a return. It should be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction. Any returns fee due an order will be deducted from the final refund amount.
