I feel this product is INCREDIBLE. IN JUST a few days IT IS life changing. I'm almost finished with my Doctorate of Chiropractic program and have 3 maniac boys, 6, 7, 8. I love this product!! I ordered a second bottle. However, I had to order the 2nd bottle because the 1st bottle formed into a hard rock/like texture unable to be used. It's not cold in the house, I make sure it's stored in room temp and have tried the warm water trick by placing it in a bowl with the water touching *just the bottom and not submerge as instructed by the online staff who are helpful and kind. However, no luck.

The 2nd bottle did the exact same. The tar eventually tightened up and hardened in these pics below where it almost disappeared and shriveled away.

I would LOVE to order a 3rd one, but wary of it doing the same. I have these two amazing bottles staring at me wanting to be used but the knife trick and water trick has become very hard ha! It's not cheap so I'm hoping it won't be wasted again.

I wish there was a different guarantee of a sealed/non hardening packaging or what have you? 🙏🏽

I'm sure some people may have better luck at theirs and some may not, who knows...

Our friend had the same happen to his and couldn't open the lid to the jar and it was also was hard. I do LOVE this line and truly stand by it, but I just can't seem to chip away to use it.
