I did not know what to expect when I ordered this: wondering if I was being naïve thinking it would help with energy etc.

It taste like a high-quality product, and seems to provide slow but steady benefit to my body. It's not showing quick fix result, so maybe hard to feel the benefit of it for just a few months or a year, but I believe it seems to be providing some minerals that my body can use.
I take this EVERYDAY with my coffee and all I can say is how consistent the benefits are to appetite.
