You will have better sleep when you take Epitalon. it's a wonderful supplement that helps normalize your sleep patterns and it works. With better sleep, comes better recovery and overall daily performance.
This seems to work even better with white rabbit Serene that is also designed for relaxation. what i like though is how epitalon is used. You only use it for a period of time then get to stop for a few months. This significantly reduces the need to keep up with supplements.

My sleep rhythm got better and I started to feel much better. I sleep well at night and my body is more productive during the day. I am no longer irritable over nothing and I am calmer. Great find!

Epitalon helped me normalize my sleep. I stopped waking up at night, and my sleep was deep. I fall asleep quickly and wake up feeling rested and alert. My quality of life has improved significantly with it. I bought it together with other products on the Purblack website.
